Our Range of Greengage Plum Trees. These fruit trees produce very sweet and fragrant plums in summer. The Greengage plum tree forms a small tree of 3 to 6 m, with white spring flowering, which produces round, green to golden fruits, with fine flesh.
The Reine-Claude d'Oullins produces large yellow-green, juicy plums early in the season, perfect for eating fresh or baking; it is self-fertile and pollinates many other plum trees. The Reine-Claude Dorée offers amber-green fruits, very sweet and aromatic, ideal for jams and pies. Later in the season, the Reine-Claude de Bavay produces firm, highly fragrant plums in late summer to early autumn, enjoyed fresh or preserved.

Plant your plum tree in full sun, in deep, fertile, well-drained soil; the flowers are susceptible to late frosts, so choose a sheltered location. It can be planted from autumn to spring and requires regular watering in the first few years.
