Some bulbs (one packet of tulips) were almost empty, I don't think I'll get any flowers. The other bulbs were healthy. In general, I noticed that Promesse de fleurs doesn't indicate on most bulb packets the flowering period, height, and colour of the flower. To compose a flowerbed, I have to look up this information on the website, so it's a lot of preparation!
